At CSI Interactive & Graphic Design we like to begin the designing of your site with a brief consultation. This allows us to obtain the basics of what you are looking for in a site.

The next step is for us to get an in-depth understanding of your business through research. This step enables us to serve you and your customers in the best way possible. During this phase we ask that you supply us with  company profiles, any publications and brochures, and product descriptions. At this time we will also research your competitors to see what they have out there in the way of a web presence.

The next step is for us to bring some site design concepts to you for approval. We like to give you the customer some options in the designs such as font types, colors etc.

Once we have approval we will go ahead and develop your site in full, giving you our highest quality in the quickest time possible to save you money. During this phase we will constantly test your web site to ensure it is cross-browser compatible and performing as planned.

Upon completion of the development portion the site is presented to you once again for final approval. If at this time there are changes or additions that you would like to make we are more than happy to accommodate. With the final approval in place CSI Interactive & Graphic Design will hand the page over to your company.

If your web site development plan included promotion or monitoring, CSI Interactive & Graphic Design will continue with the promotion plan that we have approved with you. All offline and online promotion takes place after the site has been placed on the web server. If required we will also monitor your site to see that it performs according to your expectations. If there is a problem with the performance due to design or promotion we will correct it at no cost to you.
